Illustrations by Vladimir Myslitskiyaodb.ruVladimir Myslitsky was born in 1958 in Chelyabinsk, where he graduated from art college before enrolling in the Department of Graphics at the Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture. In 1998, he became a member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
Over the course of his professional career, he has illustrated dozens of books (including works by Chekhov, Leskov, Stevenson, Lagin, and others). A few years ago, Vladimir created a series of illustrations for Heart of a Dog for the Vita Nova publishing house (to whom we are, incidentally, deeply grateful for their numerous illustrated editions of Bulgakov).
